A new Hazardous Waste Incineration Plant contract signed with Ningxia Ruitai


Guangzhou/Liestal, July 2020, Raschka Engineering has been awarded with an EPC contract to built a new Hazardous Waste Incineration plant for Ningxia Ruitai Technology Co., Ltd. The project is located in the Industrial Park, Zhongwei City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, with an incineration capacity of 21,000 tons per year for hazardous waste.

Thanks to the trust  in Raschka Engineering by the client  (Ningxia Ruitai Technology Co., Ltd), as well as the convincing track record of Raschka Engineering this new project award has been received. Raschka Engineering is dedicated and highly motivated todeliver a high standard plant which exceeds clients expectation.

The project is equipped with a state-of-the-art incineration process. The polystream and other organic chlorine can be incinerated completely and converted into hydrogen chloride, which will be recycled using the heat recovery boiler as part of the process. With the advanced process, the system can achieve the goal of waste reduction and resource utilization. The whole system is equipped with an advanced SMP feeding system, imported multi-fuel burner, highly efficient SNCR system, multi-pass flue gas treatment technology and mature SCR system to guarantee a safe and reliable system. With flue gas emission far below the emission limit, the system can fulfill the requirement of waste harmless treatment and enable a stable operation of the upstream system.
