Raschka receives an appreciation letter from Wanhua Chemical

Guangzhou/Ennetbürgen, Mar. 2023, The turn of the year marks an encouraging and exhilarating start for Raschka as we have received a heartfelt appreciation letter form Wanhua Chemical (Fujian) Co., Ltd (“Wanhua”) for our hard work and dedication to the delivery of Wanhua MD1 #1 Energy Recovery Facility (“the Project”). 

In the letter, Wanhua expresses its appreciation and recognition to Raschka team for their strong motivation, dedicated efforts and outstanding performance in the execution of project schedule, delivery of high-quality services, efficient project management, among others. Most of all, the Project has been successful delivered on the basis of high safety and quality standards. Looking back, the project was started amid recurrent coronavirus outbreaks. Facing the headwind of strict and long covid lockdown and tight project schedules, Raschka team took the challenges head on and devoted themselves to managing heavy workload, meeting tight deadlines and at the same time maintaining high levels of safety and quality standards in project implementation. Thanks to their consistent and concentrated efforts, the project has successfully completed interim handover and maintained continuous and stable operation after initial start-up, safeguarding the successful startup and operation of the main system of MD1, which is the entire facility of Wanhua.  

The Project is located in the economic zone of Fuqing Jiangyin Economic Development Zone, Fujian Province, China. As the EPC contractor, Raschka has been commissioned to provide engineering, supply, guidance on installation and erection, commissioning and testing for the Project. 

The Project adopts an integrated two-in-one system of incinerator and boiler with adjacent sub-systems such as feed storage house, waste liquid tank area, incineration system, waste heat recovery system, SNCR system, quenching system, BHF system, SCR system, web scrubber system, flue gas heat recovery system, electrical and instrumentation systems.
