Catalytic Oxidation Systems
The catalytic oxidizer system developed by Raschka Engineering is widely used for the treatment of VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds) emissions, odorous gases, and nitrogen-protective gases. It offers the following process advantages:
Lowering reaction activation energy, resulting in lower operating temperatures and energy consumption, achieving self-sustaining combustion at certain concentrations
Treating off gas without an open flame with high safety performance
Less rotating equipment, leading to longer stable operation and reduced equipment maintenance and depreciation cost
No generation of thermal NOx, preventing secondary pollution
Highly automated system achieving autonomous operation
Lower operating temperatures as compared to conventional thermal oxidation, thus requiring less stringent high-temperature durability from the equipment.
Compact and highly integrated design, allowing for skid-mounted installation.
