Catalytic Oxidation Systems


The catalytic oxidizer system developed by Raschka Engineering is widely used for the treatment of VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds) emissions, odorous gases, and nitrogen-protective gases. It offers the following process advantages:

  • Lowering reaction activation energy, resulting in lower operating temperatures and energy consumption, achieving self-sustaining combustion at certain concentrations

  • Treating off gas without an open flame with high safety performance

  • Less rotating equipment, leading to longer stable operation and reduced equipment maintenance and depreciation cost 

  • No generation of thermal NOx, preventing secondary pollution

  • Highly automated system achieving autonomous operation

  • Lower operating temperatures as compared to conventional thermal oxidation, thus requiring less stringent high-temperature durability from the equipment.

  • Compact and highly integrated design, allowing for skid-mounted installation.
